Quintarelli only produces its Amarone in exceptional vintages; when it does, it is the benchmark for all Amarone wines. This collector’s wine is mainly made from Corvina mixed with Rondinella and traces of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, Croatina and Sangiovese.
