In the early days of pharmaceuticals, Vermouth was a natural remedy for physical and mental ailments. It was used as a vehicle for the active ingredients of medicinal herbs and to ‘aperire’ (open): to prepare and stimulate digestion. Original formula by pharmacist Giovanni Foletto in 1850. Produced today with the same craftsmanship and slow maceration of 25 botanicals from the Dolomites and Lake Garda in the finest Trentino wines: Chardonnay and Müller Thurgau.
