A wine with great personality, very expressive. Pinot Bianco as well as Riesling are unmistakable, subtle and fiery, we could call them ‘feline’ for their nervous and snappy energy. Pinot Bianco is a very ‘Valle Venosta’ wine in its smoky and peppery notes, and very Falkenstein for its citrus vein and important, vibrant structure with a firm but perfectly registered acid backbone.
