Descrizione
Cucée 60 is made from Chardonnay grapes cultivated using the Guyot method in our vineyards in Monticelli Brusati. The grapes grow on clay-limestone soils, following the principles of the traditional process. We only use indigenous yeasts, monster yeasts for frothing, and we do not dehydrate our sparkling wines. An ancient recipe, which gives us a product with great personality.
