Descrizione
Classic “Grappa”, obtained by double-step distillation in small copper-colored almonds with mixed-grained bacon marinades (70% from red grapes and 30% from white grapes) of the only three wineries in Basque territory. The distillate rests at least one-two years in stainless steel tanks. It is then diluted with spring water and brought to a gradient of 41% vol. without the addition of sugars, aromas or the like.
