The Prosecco ‘Rosé Bosco del Merlo’ comprises 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero. The grapes are vinified in red with a slightly lower yield per hectare to have greater colour intensity and richer aromas. These grapes are harvested at different times, seeking a balance between the characters of these two wines while preserving their freshness and aromas.
