Descrizione
Sui Lieviti, or ‘vin col fondo’ in the local dialect, is the direct expression of the traditional wine produced on the hills of Conegliano, Valdobbiadene and neighbouring towns since ancient times. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, as in the Classic Method, but without disgorging, thus leaving the wine in contact with its refermentation yeasts that remain on the bottom and give it unique characteristics.
