Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality and value. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns and issue a full refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please provide a detailed reason for the return along with photos or videos of the product. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on where to send the item.

Shipping Your Return
Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and issue a refund to your original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to the email address used during the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as your return is approved. If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, as processing times may vary. Contact your credit card company or bank if necessary, as it can take up to 30 days for refunds to appear. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, let us know.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for orders sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you cancel before processing or shipping, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction costs.

Invalid Reasons for Returns
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The buyer no longer wants the items.

  • The buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere.
    By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the items.
