The Valle dei Laghi and the Vallagarina. The vineyards where the grapes are produced for the Late Harvest Rupe Re are located in mid-hill areas with south, south-west exposure in skeleton-rich soils. The grapes undergo a partial drying in the vineyard also due to the Botrytis Cinerea, which plays a decisive role in the noble form of this wine. In fact, due to its development within the berry the water content is significantly reduced, the sugars and the aromatic substances are concentrated, which give the must and therefore the wine, aromas and flavors that are truly unique.
